Privacy Policy

VidCard Pro operates vidcardpro.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. For anything on this page, write to hello@vidcardpro.com.

Only what you type into our forms, plus what a purchase requires:

• Asking for information. The email address you leave on the homepage, and your name, phone number and note if you fill in a contact form on one of the cards.
• Building a free demo card. The name, profession, business name, phone, email and photo you enter so we can show your card back to you.
• Buying a package. Your name, email and billing details as handled by our payment provider, and the plan you chose.
• Signing up for updates. Your name and email address, after you confirm the link we send you.

To reply to you, to build and host the card or service you paid for, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to advertisers.

A few services sit behind this site, and each one only sees what its job requires:

• Stripe runs card payments. Your card number goes to Stripe — we never see or store it.
• Brevo sends our emails and holds the list of people who asked for updates.
• Lovable Cloud hosts this site's database and file storage.

When you build a free demo card, your details and photo are stored so the card can be shown. The card's web address is private unless you share it, and it stops appearing after 30 days. Photos are kept in private storage and are shown through links that expire rather than a public folder. Ask us at hello@vidcardpro.com and we will delete your demo card and photo sooner.

This site keeps small notes in your browser: one so the page remembers that you asked for information and does not ask again in the same visit, and one that keeps you signed in until you sign out or the session ends. Clearing your browser storage removes both.

You are only added to our update list after you click the confirmation link we email you, so a guessed or mistyped address cannot subscribe you. Every update email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops the updates.

Inquiries and demo cards are kept until you ask us to remove them or, for demo cards, until they expire. Purchase and billing records are kept as long as our accounting and tax rules require.

Email hello@vidcardpro.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are a customer, you can also stop future charges yourself from your account's billing page.

We will update this page and the date at the top. Nothing is applied retroactively to information you already gave us for the purpose you gave it for.
