Terms of Service

VidCard Pro builds and hosts a video business card for you: a smartphone page with your video, your contact details, a QR code, and a form that captures the people who scan it. The three packages and their prices are shown on vidcardpro.com — a one-time build fee, then a monthly retainer that keeps the card running and up to date.

Purchases require an account, so your plan, billing and card settings live in one place. Keep your password safe and tell us promptly at hello@vidcardpro.com if you think someone else has it. Please give us accurate contact details — they are how your card works and how we reach you.

Payments are processed by Stripe. The build fee and your first month's retainer are charged together at checkout; the retainer then renews on the same day each month. You can cancel whenever you like — the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your card keeps running until then. Switching packages, updating your payment card, and downloading receipts are all self-service from your account's billing page. Where a domain name is registered for you, that charge is billed separately by the registrar.

We build the card, keep it online, and make sure the contact and lead-capture parts work. We will not send your leads to anyone else, and we do not promise a number of sales, leads, or enquiries — those depend on how and where you share your card.

The follow-up email and video sequences shown on the site are examples for your own use; automated sending is not connected to a card today, so capturing a lead does not send anything automatically. Anything outside your package — a customer-relationship system connection, for example — is scoped and quoted before any work starts.

You keep the rights to the name, photo, video and wording you supply, and you confirm you may use it. You give us permission to display and host it for the purpose of running your card. Please send us content that is truthful and that you have the right to use; you are responsible for what your card says about your business.

The demo card builder is a free preview of the finished product, not a delivered card. Demo cards are labelled as such and stop appearing after 30 days.

If you sell cards to your own clients, our written partner terms govern that arrangement and take priority over this page for the parts they cover. Ask us at hello@vidcardpro.com for the current terms.

We may pause a card that is being used for spam, illegal activity, or content that harms our ability to keep the site running, and we may end service for an unpaid account. You can end things at any time by cancelling your retainer.

Covered in full on our refund policy — in short, the build fee is refundable if you ask within seven days of paying it.

The service is provided as it stands, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, lost profits, or a client's own business losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
